- The Fairway House puts you close to some of the best of North Scottsdale. The home overlooks the 9th hole of TPC Scottsdale’s Champions Course and is conveniently located near TPC Scottsdale’s Stadium Course, home of the WM Phoenix Open.
You’ll also be close to:

• WestWorld of Scottsdale, home to Barrett-Jackson and other major events
• Beautiful hiking and desert scenery at the McDowell Sonoran Preserve

Whether you’re visiting for golf, sunshine, shopping, hiking, or a special Scottsdale event, The Fairway House makes a wonderful home base.
• The Fairway House overlooks the 9th hole of TPC Scottsdale’s Champions Course, so you may see golfers passing by during the day. Tee times and golf-course access are not included with your stay.
• The community pool is shared with our neighbors. Your pool key will be hanging near the washer and dryer. Please return it to the kitchen counter at checkout—it costs $250 to replace, and we would much rather you spend that money enjoying Scottsdale!
• Montana del Sol is a peaceful residential community, so we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors, observe quiet hours, and keep gatherings small.
• Our home and patio are smoke-free.
• After enjoying the pool, please hang wet towels inside rather than over the patio railing.
• You’ll receive parking, Wi-Fi, pool, and arrival information before check-in. You’ll also find plenty of helpful tips in our house guide.
