The property has a great set up for families or guests who want to enjoy exploring ASU or to come check out the Arizona sunshine lifestyle at its finest!

Message me for long stay pet fee. There will also be a refundable pet deposit of $300. If you do not pre-approve your pet, you are subject to cancellation.

Perfectly situated two blocks from Tempe Town Lake where you can rent bikes and boats, take long walks, etc. And walkable to Papago Park for hiking, 1/2 mile from Tempe Light Rail (easy access to the airport and downtown Phoenix) and an abundance of restaurants and shopping! When you`re ready to venture out of Tempe, it is just a few minutes’ drive to explore Scottsdale, Phoenix and the East Valley.
