Please keep in mind that when the weather is cooler, pool may not be as warm as you might expect. For example, if the ambient nightly temperature is only 55 degrees, then the pool might heat up to 75-80 degrees. We recommend pool heating in the months between October to May each year. We recommend a minimum 3-day notice before your arrival if you’d like the pool to be heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Guest Access: Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.
