We loved the place, very comfortable beds, location in neighborhood not walkable to old town but Ubers g is very reasonable and only a few minutes away. Hot tub didn’t work first two days but manager was on it right away and fixed and we loved it! Pool is awesome, plenty of space, towels for pool included and check in and out easy!

#### Wonderful getaway

The house was just perfect. The pool/hotub was everything we needed to relax. Less than 10 minute uber to everything. We had a car but it was easier just to uber. Would come back again. The Bluetooth speaker was a nice touch and we sunbathed and watched football on the patio on the outside tv! Very clean!

Large city, spread out with many biking/walking trails, funky 3 tier diving range and upscale putts facilities…so lots of things to do!

#### Beautiful home in a Great location

This home is just as pictured. It was very clean and perfect for our short getaway. The pool was amazing and so warm! This is the 2nd time I have stayed in one of Colin’s homes because I know it’s going to be a great fit! Highly recommend! So close to old town, mesa, and Scottsdale quarter. Perfect location ! Everything is 5-15 mins from the house that we wanted to do.

#### Effortless Comfort

Extremely clean home inside and outside. Comfort is a priority in this vrbo. Every chair and bed was comfortable and stylish. Everything needed for our four-day stay was accessible for bathrooms and for the pool…which is well maintained. It is also a very short drive to Old town Scottsdale and a short driving distance for fresh produce. This place is a gem with fine furnishings with style and comfort. We would definitely stay here again.

#### Amazing house for a week of Fantasy Baseball Camp

My husband, 2 adult sons and my adult nephew stayed at Colin's house for a week while attending Big League Coaching fantasy baseball camp at Indian School Park. The house was clean, neat, fully stocked and everything was as advertised. We loved the hot spa as it was perfect for sore muscles. They even assisted us in setting up 4 one hour massages on Friday night. I would recommend this house to everyone!

#### As close to perfect as possible for rental property

Our primary mode of lodging over the last 15 years has been VRBO. We’ve stayed in many homes in many parts of the country and all rank as good. This property ranks as excellent, and then some. Colin has tapped into all the right things that travelers and visitors desire, need, and want. Honestly we can’t think of one single criticism. This is a five star property run by five star management. We wish every VRBO was like this. Without question, this is the best property we’ve ever stayed in.

#### Gorgeous home, perfect location 

The minute we walked in we could tell that this property was well taken care of. Very clean, beautiful decor, super comfortable beds, and the backyard was a dream! We loved the hot tub and pool as well as having all the amenities to spend the day outdoors. This home is close to all of the great shops and restaurants in Scottsdale. We golfed 2 of the days and they were no more than 15 minutes away from high-end courses. The owner was very attentive to our needs. When you leave a property, one of the biggest stressors can be figuring out what we “have to” do for the cleaning crew. Colin took that stress away by having us just lock the door behind us and not worry about anything else! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property.

#### Everything that you need

We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs over the past 11 years and this house has everything you need. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood in a great location. The communication from Colin was amazing- we didn’t have any issues but I felt comfortable that any problems would be managed well. They have thought about everything with this house- lots of towels, equipped kitchen, concierge services, clear instructions on everything in the house, suggestions on places to eat and things to do- really one of the best home rentals we’ve had.

#### Completely upgraded remodel with new heated pool

This home from the late 60’s to early ‘70’s Was remodeled to today’s high end expeditions. It was in a great location in a quiet location. Owners spared no expense adding an oasis back yard pool and spa! . I would recommend this place. Minor issues are that the master shower was not correctly hook up and sprayed water to wall and ceiling. Shower water sprayed out to master bathroom floor which we had to contain . Other wise … this home owner did a great job with the updates!!!!
