Our key repeatedly kept losing the ability to get into our room. Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Pull out bed was more comfortable than the couch.

I was very impressed with your staff, Charles in particular. He was so helpful with everything. Also, I so appreciated the dog area you had outside! It was a large real grassy area and had waste bags. And was clean! You made my trip less stressful with all the help from Charles and making my pup happy!

Easy check in process. Easily changed our room to make it easier to take our dog out. Spacious room with everything we needed. Clean room in general. Only quips were that the bathroom door did not latch so it could not be locked for privacy and lighted mirror had a couple of strobing bulbs. Pool had plenty of inflatables and toys for the kids. Would stay again easily
