To the left, discover the inviting living room with a grey chenille sectional and a flat-screen TV, as well as a cozy sitting room featuring two leather couches. ​​​​​​​ The backyard is a haven for relaxation and recreation. Bask in the Arizona sun by the heated pool on comfortable lounge chairs or indulge in a barbecue feast at one of the two outdoor kitchen areas. Dine al fresco by one of three gas burning fireplaces or unwind on cushioned lounge chairs while roasting s'mores around the fire pit under the gazebo. The landscape beautifully captures the essence of the Arizona desert, with carefully placed cacti, plants, and trees enhancing walkways and artificial grassy areas. To the right of the entry, the upgraded kitchen and dining room await. The dining room boasts a dark wooden table for up to 6 guests, complemented by a gas burning fireplace. It was Labor Day and we thought here we go, no house to stay at. Casago Rentals had a plan and their manager got us into another home they manage in the Troon area of Scottsdale. The house itself is older, so cabinets in the kitchen are older and difficult to open/close, but everything was functional. The waterfall into the pool was not working during our stay. However, management communicated this to me prior to our rental period and we had no issue with that not working. The outdoor space is very large and the pool was great, so if you're looking to spend lots of time outside this is the place. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to. ##### Belinda J. VERY large living areas, but the furniture was ill-sized. Too chilly to use the pool, and the vacuum stays in the pool the entire time. Pool is too small for a permanent vacuum. We were unaware there is a smaller airstrip nearby and it backs to a main road, so lots of plane action overhead along with some road noise, which is mostly drowned out by the constant pool noises anyway. Grounds were beautifully done. Nice neighborhood (although the direct neighbors could use some help) Garage opener didn't always cooperate, but all in all, convenient to town(s) and easy to get to. We enjoyed staying at this property. The back yard was beautiful, relaxing and the best part of this rental. However, listing states there is a coffee pot, but it's for a large crowd. We bought a 5 cup coffee maker, which we left at the property. When we usually rent a property, there are some cleaning supplies. One thing was they had no broom and it would be nice if that was furnished. We bought one, but took it home with us. Another problem were the TVs. Almost every night we had to reboot, which was an inconvenience. The living room furniture is a little uncomfortable. As for the manager, Casago, I can't say enough good things about them. Whenever we had a problem, they were there to help. When and if we come back to Scottsdale, we will go through them. The owner has raised his daily rates for next year and I don't feel the cost is worth what he has to offer, except for the back yard. ##### Tom & Cheri G. Booking was a breeze, agents replied in a timely manner to any questions or concerns we had. The interior of the house is dated and could use a few improvements but the backyard was what we were looking for, nice pool, firepit with couches, 2 outdoor kitchens, eating area and landscaping was nicely maintained. Our family stayed here for our Spring Break and it was an incredible time. The house is spacious and clean, the kitchen is huge, and the rooms are perfect. The main event is the backyard. We spent the majority of our time outside and the pool, waterfall, and double grill areas were perfect! There are also 2 outdoor electric firepits for chilly early mornings or late nights.
