  • Old Town Scottsdale just around the corner -5 min. A perfect location in the complex, this unit has a large, private patio, and just a short walk to the community pool (not heated). Ground floor unit with no stairs and 2 car garage attached! The open concept floor plan with equipped kitchen is bright having large windows.
    One small dog is welcome. Pet must be pre approved and pet fees must be paid. In addition to the pet fee online, there will be an additional 400 refundable pet deposit.

    - Welcoming, fully furnished
    - Single story, ground floor patio home, no steps
    - No unit above, only 1 shared wall, very private and quiet
    - 3 Smart TVs
    - Two desk areas in bedrooms
    - Primary King, and Second Queen Bedrooms each with patio exits.
    - Primary ensuite bathroom with step in shower
    - Laundry area with washer and dryer
    - Attached garage

    Like to exercise? We are only a 5 minute walk to the Arizona canal trail and Old Town Scottsdale. The closest grocery store is only 2 minutes away, Sky Harbor airport 15 min.

    One small dog is welcome. Pet must be pre approved and pet fees must be paid. In addition to the pet fee online, there will be an additional 400 refundable pet deposit.

Location great

The location was great the host was outstanding. But if you like cement walls as a view you will love this place. The condo needs updating inside and outside. People don’t always use the dumpster in the back because there was boxes and mattress on floor that was never pickup by the garbage person.
