A perfect location in the complex, this unit has a large, private patio, and just a short walk to the community pool (not heated). Ground floor unit with no stairs and 2 car garage attached! The open concrete concept floor plan with equipped kitchen is bright with large windows. Featuring: \- Welcoming, fully furnished \- Single story, ground floor patio home, no steps \- No unit above, only 1 shared wall, very private and quiet \- 3 Smart TVs \- Two desk areas in bedrooms \- Primary King, and Second Queen Bedrooms each with patio exits. \- Primary ensuite bathroom with step in shower \- Laundry area with washer and dryer \- Attached garage Like to exercise? We are only a 5 minute walk to the Arizona canal trail and Old Town Scottsdale. The closest grocery store is only 2 minutes away, Sky Harbor airport 15 min. One small dog is welcome. But if you like cement walls as a view you will love this place. The condo needs updating inside and outside.
