Fun time at Beverly Scottsdale

Beautiful backyard pool and landscaping

Our stay was great!!the house was very nice and the heated pool and wonderfully placard yard was great for relaxing after hiking in the nearby hills and desert. One of our best VRBO stays so far.

Great quiet home

This was the perfect home to stay while for a little fun for our 12 and 13 year old boys. They enjoyed the pool table and pool very much. The neighborhood feels safe and quiet. Great location, close to grocery and shopping. Would stay here again!

Great stay in Phoenix

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! It was a great location as we had a family member in the Mayo clinic nearby, and it was very close to lots of things, including grocery stores which made it a lot easier on us when it came to cooking. We loved the vibe overall, the beds were very comfy (especially the master bed). It was great being able to do laundry and it became our home away from home while we were there.

Great family vacation

it was our 2nd time staying in this place. I suppose it means something when you rent a place twice. The house is great and offers all the amenities you would expect for a great family vacation. It is well located near Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland Commons. Looking forward to our next Spring break in Arizona.

Summer Staycation

My wife and I always try to have a little mini vacation close to home with our boys before going back to school. This house was in a perfect location, tucked away on a quiet street in a nice neighborhood but just 5 minutes away from things we wanted or needed. We enjoyed having the pool table in the house and the swimming pool was a great size for our family of 4.

Great Thanksgiving Getaway

We had an amazing stay at Stefanie's property! The house was stocked with all the essentials, making it feel like a true home away from home. Our family especially loved the variety of entertainment options — the pool, pool table, and, most notably, the ping pong table, which got a ton of use during our stay. Stefanie’s communication was excellent; she was quick to respond and super helpful with the few questions we had. Our family is very close, and this space gave us the perfect environment to relax, connect, and create lasting memories. We’ll definitely look to stay here again in the future!

Nice House

Nice visit to the area to visit our UA son while on Spring Break and our 88 yo mother/MIL. Our son enjoyed the pool and pool table, and the house was easy to navigate for our elderly mother. For any “Goldilocks” considering this property, the King bed in the primary bedroom is low and quite soft, as is one Queen bed; the other Queen bed is high and quite firm. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, etc., but there are limited pantry items (seasonings, foil, etc.) so plan simple meals or pack your favorites spices. Or even better, just eat out!

Would give 5 stars but…

This was a great place to stay as far as location, cleanliness and accommodations however one issue we had was that we were there when it was 100 degrees and it seemed that the a/c was being controlled while we were gone or at night when we slept. Not sure if the hosts turned it up at those times but we were hot at night and could not turn the a/c down past 72. Otherwise it was a great stay. The hosts were quick to respond to us when we contacted them.

Great house! Read the fine print.

We really enjoyed this house. It was beautiful, cool for summer time, pool table, living room, kitchen, pool - everything was great! We accidentally booked an extra day, and it was a bit difficult to connect with the management company but after emails and reaching out a few times I was able to reach someone. They were mostly great, but when I mentioned a part of the listing that was a little tricky, they were really defensive and not very receptive. Ultimately it was a great stay and we would definitely go back! Some really great perks: - The pool was amazing, perfect size, very fun. They I would caution just to make sure everyone knows: - Read all the fine print. “HEATED POOL INCLUDED! NO EXTRA COST!” is only for certain months. Heating the pool in late October was definitely necessary for my 2 year old, and they don’t start heat til November 1st for free. - For kids - there are no “high” locks on the sliding glass doors (so my 2 year old could easily open) and they did not have a pack and play or really a space very conducive for kids. - the lawn company was there doing work for like 2 hours one day, while we were outside in the pool which was very uncomfortable.

Great vacation home
