Exceptionally CLEAN and comfortable, fully furnished, updated, tastefully decorated, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo at Signature Scottsdale Condominiums. More new updates 2023: New plush carpet throughout; new contemporary trim/baseboards/doors; new contemporary black hardware; freshly painted in bright white colors; new contemporary sliding barn door separating the primary bedroom and it's ensuite bathroom. The nightly rates are based on 30+ night stays. The condo can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. No pets please! No smoking please! Fully equipped kitchen and new stainless steel kitchen appliances! Separate laundry room with new, full-sized washer and dryer. Flat screen TVs in living room (Smart TV), primary bedroom (Smart TV), and second bedroom. Cable TV and wireless high-speed internet provided (250+ mbps). Split floor plan. Primary bedroom has a smart TV, large, comfortable king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and attached en suite bathroom with large garden tub and shower. The bathroom door with just replaced with a beautiful, contemporary sliding barn door! Second bedroom has a TV, comfortable queen-sized bed, desk and chair, walk-in closet, and attached bathroom with tub and shower. This room can be used as an office instead of a bedroom. Both bed mattresses are encased in protective covers for added cleanliness. Bathroom towels and pool towels are provided and are laundered with laundry sanitizer, and bleached (white towels) in-between guests. White sheets, white cotton blankets, and white down alternative comforters are provided and are sanitized and bleached in-between guests. The entire condo is thoroughly cleaned, and ALL touch surfaces are sanitized after each guest. A minimum of 2 days are blocked in-between each guest to allow for extensive cleaning and sanitation. Relax in comfort as you enjoy the views of the McDowell Mountains from the private balcony, accessible from the primary bedroom and the living room! This condo is ideally located near the Clubhouse and the main, large, heated pool. The amazing amenities include: elegant clubhouse, 2 pools, whirlpool hot tub, wet sauna/steam room, dry sauna, fitness center with exercise equipment, library, business center, meeting areas, cozy fire pit, covered BBQ grills, picnic gazebos, water features, mini putting green, and more! One reserved covered parking space and ample uncovered guest parking available. Located in a perfect spot in North Scottsdale at Thompson Peak Parkway and Frank Lloyd Wright. This condo is amazing! It is immaculate and beautifully furnished with all the comforts of home - and then some. It has a lovely mountain view and the complex has a fabulous pool and club house. The location is perfect for Old Town Scottsdale excursions, hiking in the nearby McDowell Sonoran Preserve and world class attractions such as Taliesen West and fabulous museums. It is within walking distance to nice restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. The condo was quiet and parking was very convenient. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, responsive and well-organized. Everything from check-in to check-out was effortless. We had the perfect vacation and found it difficult to leave such comfortable accommodations. We would give this property 10 stars if we could and would definitely stay here again!! Just a 5 minute drive to the Sonoran Mountain Preserve. There were abundant restaurant choices nearby plus grocery stores. We hiked mid morning and in the afternoon we would relax by the beautiful pool area. The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable, as well. Super clean and no shortage of amenities as we cooked and celebrated Thanksgiving. Pool was open but clubhouse/gym closed - unnecessarily in our opinion. Really happy with the North Scottsdale location. Great access to so many hiking trails, upscale shops and other activities including Golf and Hot Air Ballooning. Awesome week! It was so very clean we felt very comfortable staying here during the COVID pandemic. The AJ’s Fine Food , which is easy walking distance, was a wonderful bonus. Due to Covid issues, the club house was unavailable but the pool/hot tub was great. Owners provided us with chairs and towels to enjoy the sun at the pool. We rented this condo for 6 nights with my family of four. It met our needs in many ways. It was very comfortable, spacious and the neighborhood was nice. The owners were very friendly and attentive. The condo is in a great, safe location and near food stores, coffee shops and great dining out spots. It made touring around Scottsdale and Phoenix easy and it made for incredibly easy access to hiking and swimming. The condo was absolutely clean and comfortable and included use of a pool and weight room complete with saunas. I could not have asked for more. Had great communication with the owners who are ever so helpful and they clearly go to all efforts to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Check in/out was easy and simple.
