Beautiful Pool, hottub, and quite neighborhood. Top floor with elevator. walking distance dozens of restaurants, shopping, coffee, and to the canal walking paths (if weather permits). Gated inner area within the large Maya Condominiums complex protects the pool, clubhouse, and hottub accessed using a keycard.
