It was great to walk to grocery stores, restaurants and bars. The gym in the complex was a plus. Only feedback: 1) lots of crickets in the house both dead and alive 2) water stain on the downstairs ceiling we stopped using the master shower as it sounded like it was leaking in the walls 3) furniture could use some updating many of the dining room chairs were broken and 4) Some of the communications with the property management company were sketchy - ie someone entered to change filters with only a 1 hour warning.
