I stayed for 7 days, lost my card what felt like 482 times, and enjoyed every minute. The staff was very patient and let me do my own thing in terms cleaning my room. Highly recommend to new travelers. Might go again just to see the staff.

My stay at Red Roof was very pleasant. The staff provided excellent customer service, and my room was clean and comfortable. I also appreciated seeing the security guard regularly patrolling the parking lot and keeping an eye on the vehicles, which made me feel safe during my stay. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and secure place to stay. Thank you for the great service

Staff was great 10/10, Exterior of the property 8/10, Pool 9/10, interior and main common areas 7/10, Elevator 5/10, cleanliness of the room 3/10. We spilled some water on the carpet but the bed, when I went to dry it up the white towel was black. I tried to avoid stepping on the carpet after that. They need to shampoo the carpets more often.

everything was nice the only thing i could say is that the bed/matress could`ve been a bit more comfortable considering my booking was for a superior room with kingsize bed but thats all really, the room was quite spacious they had some free things as well which was quite nice staff was really nice to me had no problems what so ever

The staff were friendly and cordial enough. Ice machine on the 3rd floor was out of order. There are no microwaves or mini fridges in the rooms so plan accordingly. But I didn't pick this facility based on amenities, just needed a place to lay our heads for the night. For the intended purpose, this place worked just fine. Beds were actually pretty comfortable as well as the provided pillows.
