All the furniture is brand new offering comfortable beds for up to 6\. The bedrooms both have king size beds and there is a pullout queen in the living room. There is laundry in the apartment for your convenience. This apartment is above the garage and has a flight of stairs to climb to enter. It has a half door at the top of the stairs with latch to keep kids upstairs. This quiet custom home has quick access to I-10 and shopping within 5 miles. Goodyear Ballpark is 7 miles, Westgate and Cardinals Stadium is 17 miles, Downtown Buckeye is 5 miles where you can eat at Café 25:35 for a delicious lunch or breakfast, and visit Screws and Sparkles a local craft boutique or head into Verrado to eat at Grazzie's Pizza just 5 miles away or check out the Buckeye Equestrian Center, 8 miles away. We were so pleased with the layout and space of the property. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was stocked with all the items you might need, and the beds were so comfortable. We were happy to be away from the hustle and bustle of a big city, yet minutes away from all the shopping centers you might need. We enjoyed the easy access to local golf courses, baseball spring training, entertainment in Phoenix (if you wish), casinos, you name it. I had a 4 mile walking route that allowed me to get fresh air and take in the countryside. Connie and Rick were friendly, wonderful hosts who provided suggestions for local establishments and were very responsive to all communications.
