About this property

Private Luxury Estate on 5 acres of Property in the BEST part of Scottsdale!

  • Escape to your own private five-acre estate in one of North Scottsdale’s most exclusive residential enclaves. Surrounded by luxury homes—and with notable celebrities and professional sports figures among the nearby residents—the neighborhood offers an uncommon sense of privacy while still keeping you close to the best of Scottsdale.

The property itself feels more like a private resort than a vacation home. Set against beautiful views of Pinnacle Peak, the surrounding mountains, and the city lights below, there’s an incredible amount of space to enjoy both indoors and out.

The expansive, fully fenced backyard was made for long Scottsdale days. Cool off in the private pool, unwind in the spa, play a match on your own full-size tennis court, switch over to pickleball, shoot hoops on the basketball court, or practice your short game —all without leaving the property.

When the sun goes down, gather around one of two outdoor fire pits or settle into the ramada beside the fireplace. With a BBQ and generous outdoor entertaining areas, it’s an especially beautiful place to enjoy dinner, drinks, and Arizona’s warm desert evenings under the stars.

Golfers are perfectly positioned, with Grayhawk Golf Club, TPC Stadium Cours and Troon North Golf Club just minutes away. Some of Scottsdale’s best shopping, restaurants, and nightlife are also within an easy drive, including Scottsdale Quarter, Kierland Commons, and Scottsdale Fashion Square.

The Talking Stick entertainment district is also nearby, offering the casino, Topgolf, dining, entertainment, and additional championship golf.

Despite everything within reach, coming home feels like leaving the city behind. Five private acres, mountain and city-light views, resort-style amenities, your own tennis and basketball courts, and the quiet of an exclusive Scottsdale neighborhood make this a special setting for family vacations, golf trips, celebrations, and unforgettable desert getaways.

Private. Spacious. Secluded. Yet minutes from the best of Scottsdale.

Private yet close to everything

Our family of 4 stayed at this amazing property for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the space, privacy and incredible view of the city. It is unique to find such a private oasis so close to shopping and major highways. If you are seeking a quiet location, it would be hard to do better.
