The house is located in a very private exclusive area but very close to all the action with easy access to the freeways. Enjoy our resort style back yard which includes tennis court, Pickleball, basketball court, golf green, pool, spa and BBQ . There are also two fire pits and a fireplace at the outdoor ramada the backyard is fully fenced in. The house is just minutes away from Grayhawk Golf Course and Troon North Golf. Just a short drive you can get you to some of the best shoppings in the country, Scottsdale Quarter, Kierland Commons and Fashion Square Mall. Along the way you can stop at Talking Stick Casino which also has the Top Golf driving range which is awesome. The backyard and pool were the reasons we booked this house and they didn't disappoint. Very private and relaxing. Felt like a private resort. We loved staying here! We played a little tennis, swam, enjoyed sunsets in the spa, and did a little putting all without leaving the property. It was beautiful!
