About this property

Private Luxury Estate on 5 acres of Property in the BEST part of Scottsdale!

  • Our fabulous estate home features city lights and beautiful Pinnacle Peak views as well as surrounding mountains views. The house is located in a very private exclusive area but very close to all the action with easy access to the freeways. Enjoy our resort style back yard which includes tennis court, Pickleball, basketball court, golf green, pool, spa and BBQ . There are also two fire pits and a fireplace at the outdoor ramada the backyard is fully fenced in.

    The house is just minutes away from Grayhawk Golf Course and Troon North Golf. Just a short drive you can get you to some of the best shoppings in the country, Scottsdale Quarter, Kierland Commons and Fashion Square Mall. Along the way you can stop at Talking Stick Casino which also has the Top Golf driving range which is awesome. They also have two excellent courses.
