This private resort-style, one-acre oasis offers a nine-hole golf course with tee boxes located around the yard to test your short-game skills as you hit into a 30 putting green protected by 3 large sand traps. This house was conveniently located to the airport (less than 30 min drive) and to some great golf courses as well as a casino. The house was great! The owner has done a wonderful job of making sure everything is there for a great trip. The backyard chipping an putting set up was awesome and the pool was perfect. Unfortunately, there were no games. The good news is that the house is very conducive to sitting around in the back yard, enjoying the pool, and hanging out. The owner, Brian, was terrific. Great communication, prompt responses, and welcoming. One comment, not a criticism, is that there are five nice sized bedrooms, but three of those bedrooms actually share one bathroom. It truly is a perfect spot for a family vacation! However, we encountered a few things that needed attention when we arrived. We paid 455 for the pool to be heated for the week. Though they said it was heated to maximum temperature, it was never warm enough to swim. The ping pong table was covered in dirt and debris and they did come out to clean it off. There was an outdoor light on the shed that was out, needed for playing pickle ball in the evening. Again, it was rectified the next day. There were no felt tips on three of the four pool cues. Two of the skillets in the kitchen were not cleaned when we went to use them. That said, the pickle ball court is brand new and sooo nice and the outdoor seating area with the fire pit is lovely.
