Being under another unit was frustrating at times but we are accustomed to being in a single family home so I could be picky. Other negative for me is that is was previously a smokers unit. The new mgmt company has tried to eliminate/cover the smell but EVERYTHING had to be washed when we got home. Positives are location, nice pool and hot tub, friendly neighbors, furnishings to accommodate a child (dishes, step stool), and covered parking space.
