The name on the application must be the same as the primary guest on the reservation. Additionally, your background check must be completed within 48 hours after you receive your booking confirmation as per state law. Your booking is not confirmed with us until all requirements have been fulfilled. \- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. There is a $200 penalty per person for overnight guests over the max occupancy. \- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. \- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. The minimum fine for damages is $500\. \- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay. \- Please avoid moving furniture. \- Please do not remove or turn off the vacuum from the pool, if you do so a penalty will incur.
