Traffic noise was a problem for us but we adjusted and slept with a noise maker. Condo is close to stores, restaurants and planet fitness, which we joined for our stay. Everything is in good condition.This is a good, safe neighborhood compared to other places we have stayed, and you will appreciate the garage for your vehicle. Professional , responsive and really friendly owners. Property is exactly as shown. Great, gated and secure, complex in a really nice neighborhood. Lovely pool and spa area in the complex. Well equipped apartment ( Note: only 1 saucepan in the unit, not an issue for us as we borrowed a set from local friends, but could be an issue for others, especially for longer term stays such as ours.). Owners are aware and will doubtless rectify. Otherwise all you need is there, and more. One downside to the apartment is it faces onto a very busy road so traffic noise is an issue, particularly when sitting on the patio or when patio doors are open. No noise in bedroom(s).
