Ground Unit in the Perfect area off the Green Belt across from Stone Creek Golf Course. Large Front and Back Patio. Open floor plan with Large master bedroom with walk-in master shower. Second bedroom with a full bath just a few steps away. This unit is 3 doors down from the pool. Its a very quiet small community so coffee in the morning and dinners at night outside are very enjoyable!

Any stays over a week is considered long-term. There will be enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags etc to get you through the first week.
Proper cleaning over week stays must be maintained or extra fees will be charged.

Property was awesome! Had everything we needed! Perfect location if you are traveling for the Mayo Clinic’s! Close to Phoenix airport, about 45 mins away from Mesa Airport. Location was perfect for shopping and great restaurants. Highly recommend staying here!
We came to Phoenix for a two week getaway and some golf. This unit was in a quite part of town ideally located to the expressway, shopping and golf. There are several grocery stores conveniently located near the property. Also, many good restaurants in the surrounding area. The host was very easy to communicate with contacted us several times to make sure the we were enjoying our stay.
Very tastefully updated two bedroom apartment. Loved the kitchen. Comfortable mattress. Lindsay was easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions or issues that we had. We would stay again!
This was the perfect spot. It was close to the Boojum Tree Hidden Gardens where we attended a wedding. The host had great communication throughout our stay.
The check in process was straight forward and hassle free. The unit is located in an area that has access to many restaurants, shopping as well as close/easy freeway access. Despite being on a busy street the complex was very quiet and just steps away from the pool.
