The second bedroom has a queen bed, followed by the third with two full beds, and finally the fourth, with a bunk bed (full-over-full).

There are two full bathrooms in this home. The master ensuite has one sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo. The guest bathroom has one sink, toilet, and walk-in shower only.

The modern kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with all new stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, please note that outdoor weather impacts the pool temperature, and colder conditions may prevent it from reaching 85 degrees.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge. Keep in mind that the heaters may not significantly raise the water temperature above the ambient air temperature during colder weather.

The pool will not be heated during the summer, as high outdoor temperatures make heating unnecessary!

We are pet-friendly! The pet fee is $75/ pet per night, max of 4
