To avoid disturbing neighbors, dogs should not be left barking unattended in the backyard for long periods of time. All dog poop must be picked up prior to checking out or a $25 charge may apply. 6\. Guests assume full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses sustained on the premises. All guests accepting this reservation expressly assume the risk of any harm resulting from their use of the premises.
