Trendy Area. This newly renovated 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath SMART Home in Chandler is ideal for a group of 6 or less, or those looking to hit the links! Newly painted in 2025 in a quiet neighborhood, the 2,500-square foot home is located on the renowned Ocotillo Golf Resort, and boasts a refreshing heated\*\*\* pool (SEE BELOW FOR COST AND AVAILABILITY) and shaded back patio for beating the Arizona heat. Guests can even fine-tune their short game on the putting green in the backyard. The location is also perfect for those who'd like to explore the area on the 2 mountain bikes provided. No expense was spared when this home was recently remodeled. High ceilings, tile flooring, and large windows are found throughout the home. It is spacious, well-appointed and ideally suited for families. SMART home features throughout, including high speed WIFI, 4 large flat screen TV's (one of them on the patio), charging outlets in bedrooms, SMART key-less entry, ALEXA unit, SMART lighting, etc. The backyard features a shaded patio area with a gas fire pit, an outdoor kitchen with Solaire built-in gas grill and double side burner, a 65" Smart TV with Sound Bar, as well as a refreshing pool to cool off on hot days. Practice your swing on the home's large private putting green, before heading out to the golf course situated directly behind the property. Dine al fresco each night at the large outdoor patio table; in addition to the fire pit, there's a gas heater on the patio for use on chilly desert nights. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 55" flat-screen cable/smart TV, the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have comfortable queen-sized beds, and one of them includes a 46" TV. The fourth bedroom doubles as a den and features a comfortable sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, as well as closet and privacy doors for guests. Both of the massive full bathrooms feature 2 sinks, beautiful granite counter tops and large showers with glass doors. There is also a third half bath in the home. Location: The home is within walking distance to many great bars and restaurants in the area. Additionally, it backs up to the 4.5 star rated Ocotillo Golf Resort, which is known for its lush fairways and reasonably priced green fees. Be sure to take full advantage of Chandler's 327 miles of paved bike lanes and paths, as well as the off-road biking trails at nearby San Tan Mountain Regional Park. We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautifully appointed home -- right on the golf course, amazing views of the sunset, an excellent stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, washer/dryer.....I could go on and on. From check-in to check-out our stay was wonderful. The property is very well kept with a great layout, comfortable furniture and lots to do. The location is excellent, a quiet neighborhood great for walking and close to everything. (It’s also a short drive to several highways.) The Ocotillo/SunLakes area is beautiful with a resort style vibe. The properties backyard is very relaxing… its own little oasis. The hosts Todd and Julie are great, always very accommodating . The number one priority for me when renting a home is that it be pristinely clean. That’s exactly how I found this home to be. We came for the Thanksgiving holiday and ended up cooking quite a bit and to my delight I found the kitchen to be very well appointed. The owner responded immediately and with kindness to any and all of my inquiries. We picked this house because of the office space and desk and we are glad we did. The Wi-Fi was great and we never had a problem connecting. The house was in a great location, was fully stocked and very comfortable. Todd was great to work with providing clear instruction before and during our stay. We hope to be back. ##### Daelah A. Due to unexpected health issues, my husband and I were not able to visit this beautiful home. However, our friends did stay at Island of Ocotillo, and thoroughly enjoyed their stay. First of all, how could anyone complain about a home that was very clean, well stocked with anything a person would need in a home and had an amazing outdoor living area for friends and family to visit? Besides such a beautiful and exceptional home, Julie and Todd could not have been more communicative with us before and during their stay. Not only did they check in on the couple staying in the home, but continued to check in on my health concerns. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone. ##### Jean C. This is a beautiful home, even better than pictured. Very comfy beds, beautiful decor in every room, lots of space to spread out. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. We enjoyed the pool table ,the big sectional couch and TV. Loved the master bath. The backyard is huge with a large pool, 4 lounge chairs, lots of blow up pool floats, pump and 3 umbrellas, putting green and huge table/chairs under covered patio in addition to 4 more chairs and gas fire pit. Garage to park in out of the heat w/opener and 2 bikes to borrow. Todd was the perfect host and was very helpful to us . He quickly answered our questions prior to and after making our reservation. We had 4 adults staying and they only had 2 lounge chairs. I asked if he could get 2 more so we could all enjoy the pool and he had them there waiting for us when we arrived - WOW! The neighborhood is very quiet and we went for a walk every day. There are several parks and restaurants nearby. We would highly recommend this vacation rental and definitely plan to stay here again. ##### Melissa C.
