The property manager Linda was very easy to work with. We had a couple of issues and she had them taken care of right away. The sofa in the living room was the most uncomfortable piece of furniture that my wife and I ever sat on. The bed was comfortable to sleep on. Hopefully you have a small car (we had a Camry) and are careful at parking. There are poles on one side that make it difficult to get in and out of your car and the person parking next to us whom I believe lives downstairs is not careful at ensuring they are within their lines. The bathroom in the hall also had some mud/dirt splattered on the back of the door which was slightly off-putting, but could just do with some cleaning. I think directions on departure could also have been slightly more clear. They said you needed to clean and put away all dishes and leave the dishwasher clean, I normally would have anticipated to just run the dishwasher before leaving. I don’t think that’s a big ask, especially if you have a morning departure you may need to use kitchen ware and not have time to clean it. Overall we loved the place, thought it was comfortable and in a convenient location. I didn’t find the couch as uncomfortable as some of the other reviews, even though my friend also didn’t care for it. I will definitely look into renting this location again when we return to Scottsdale. ##### Joshua P.
