- Recently remodeled casita (1BR, 1 bath, living room & full kitchen; 500 Sq Ft) in Central Phoenix. Casita has private entrance through the car port and is located behind the main house (VRBO listing 2302020). Full access to washer & dryer located behind the main house and the furnished patio and backyard (All are shared with the main house). Located in a quiet neighborhood with driveway parking. Highway access less than 5 min away. PETS REQUIRE PRE-APPROVAL AND NO PETS UNDER AGE 2.
Casita was completely remodeled in 2020 - almost everything was new! The full-size kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, Keurig machine, toaster oven and much more. There is a 50-inch TV with a Roku Ultimate Streaming Medial Player for using your Netflix, Hulu, AppleTV, Disney+ or other services with the secured WiFi. No cable/satellite TV service is provided
