Freshly remodeled bright and spacious family house in Scottsdale. Located in a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac. Well maintained backyard with a natural lawn offers a pleasant view to McDowell Mountain Range. Community amenities include two large swimming pools with hot tubs, kids playgrounds, basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts. Abundance of hiking and biking options right next to the house.
This is our family home which we remodeled and furnished with love. It is for rent when we are away.
2 miles to WestWorld of Scottsdade, 1.8 miles to Golf Club, 2 miles to grocery store.
