Great Scottsdale vacation rental!

Excellent for Families

We had a great visit to Scottsdale as a family and that wa made possible by our VRBO host. Perfect property for family, immediately next to a great park for kids and exercise.Host was supper communicative, helpful with access, and would definitely book again!

This house was beautiful. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it had everything we could ask for. The location in the park was peaceful. I would recommend this house to anyone staying in Scottsdale! 5 Stars for sure!

Great location and wonderful host!

The townhouse was fantastic in terms of location and comfort and I would absolutely stay here again. The host was very responsive and accommodating and they were very well stocked on the small things like coffee pods/laundry detergent/dishwasher pods that many other places skimp on. Having the lake and park near by and the private backyard space made it seem like you don’t even need to have the house to have a great vacation.

A Gem in the Perfect Location!

Our family loved this updated 3 bedroom rental right on Chaparral Lake! It was convenient to all our favorite haunts. The bedrooms and closets are smallish but beautifully updated. The small garden terrace is delightful and the front patio perfect for people watching. Rhyann was very responsive and took care of the few minor details

This property was immaculate. We loved the location and it was well stocked. Communication with the owner was easy. I didn't love the layout (primary bedroom in the back and hall bathroom adjacent to the primary bedroom), but everything else was great.

Gem in Scottsdale

We stayed 3 nights in late January. The property is just as described and met all our needs. Easy access to many restaurants and main roads to other parts of the area. Quiet, peaceful back patio and a front seating area with spectacular views of the lake, mountains and sunsets. Thank you.

Happy Campers

The property was recently remodeled in a very tasteful and comfortable way. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the unit was exceptionaly clean. The location is very convenient and close to old town Scottsdale with numerous restaurants and nightlife nearby. There is a Safeway within walking distance and the lake out front is excellent for walking and people watching. We were very happy and look forward to booking this property again.

Perfect location in Scottsdale

This unit is fantastic. The park is yards away. There is a peaceful back patio that gets lots of sunlight. Kitchen is modern with a nice induction stove. Property manager is accessible and helpful.

Best of both worlds

This was a very nice place to stay. Close to everything you would like to be in Pheonix area and still on the water. Beautiful to have that right outside the front door and great community as well. Seems pretty new and well maintained. Fast internet. Bedrooms and kitchen are quite comfortable and clean. Would stay there again. Nice communal pool just a 1-2 minute walk. I may again when my second daughter graduates from ASU in 2 years.

Nice!

It was a nice clean place to stay with an excellent lake view. Could add a few mirrors, including at least one full body mirror. Had trouble with the gate code, owner reset it but it still never worked which wasn’t too big of a problem until it rained and had to walk around front. Overall it was a nice place to stay and was very close to every place we visited.
