With 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and an optional 6th bedroom in the casita, this exquisite property sits on a beautifully landscaped and private half-acre lot. Enjoy the heated pool ($100/day extra), two fire pits, Sonos system gracing both indoor and outdoor spaces, a refreshing misting system, media room, a well-equipped gym, a detached game casita, and a sports court. Prepare for an unforgettable stay filled with indulgence and relaxation! The Space: The 12 ft disappearing pocket sliding door opens up the living area to the covered patio for an incredible indoor/outdoor living experience. Turn the misters on during the day for an incredible climate-controlled day in the sun. Lay out around the pool with 4 lounge chairs on one side and 4 ledge loungers situated on the shallow 20ft long baja shelf. The ambiance at night is second to none. We've added over 100 landscape lights and multi-color pool light to set the mood for any occasion. Several fire features including two fire bowls behind the pool, a gas fireplace in the covered patio, and an in-ground fire pit aside the pool just add to the already awe-inspiring backyard. The sport court is off to the west side of the property and away from the pool to create total separation. The rim is adjustable which is great for kids. Plenty of balls and paddles to use. The house has been professionally designed by a top design firm in the city. Throughout you'll be able to enjoy very high-end and extremely comfortable Restoration Hardware, Arhaus, and CB2 furniture pieces. As travelers ourselves we value the importance of premium mattresses and linens and have tons of fun and thoughtful decor and stylings throughout the home. Style, comfort, and quality were at the forefront of this design process. Guest Access: We ask our guests to enter and exit through the garage door. A 4-digit keypad code will be sent to you within 48 hours before arrival. We were really excited to see how well the house was stocked with every day needs. The property had so many things to do that our teenaged kids were busy all the time we had down time. Ross was an excellent host and responded to any of my messages during our stay within a few minutes. The house was nice. Had a nice kitchen/dining room space that opened up to the backyard. Nice pool, pickle ball court, putting green. The room with the pool table wasn't fully set up yet, but it seemed nice and new. Price is alittle high, but I paid it, so I guess that is the going rate. ##### Jean-Pierre M. So much attention to detail in this property, from the clean white linens and super comfy beds to the style and decor, plus all the games and amenities. My kids used the sports court non-stop and loved it. The sliding doors that open up to the pool and patio area is amazing. We did end up paying to heat the pool, but the hot tub was nice to have as well with no extra charge for that. We would highly recommend this house. Every detail was thought out and designed for. We had a few hiccups throughout our stay, that didn't feel like they were handled or communicated. The garage code stopped working so we were locked out of the home for the entire day, we reached out to the PM, but he wasn't receiving our messages. The neighbor helped us get our PM. Then we were left the rest of the trip going through one of our coworkers bedrooms to enter and leave the home. We only had one key to use, so we had to coordinate leaving a slider unlocked, or being home at the same time to let one another in. No one came to fix the garage entry. 2nd day, the girls were swimming in the pool and a man holding a basket walks into the yard. We ask him, how we can help and he says he is just checking on the jacuzzi. We were very startled and confused as no one mentioned anyone was coming, or no reminders were sent if they did mention it. He was nice enough of a guy, but it was creepy for sure. ##### Leena H.
