Our family business is Cadaci Vacation Rentals. We are probably a lot like your family. We love to get together to cook and eat, hang out and swim, hike, and travel. We love to take our dogs with us whenever possible whether it’s for a hike or a vacation. From our family to yours, we welcome you. We got this! This home is conveniently located in North Glendale. Walk to the park and lakes nearby. Easy access to the 101 Freeway and Arrowhead area with tons of shopping and dining, and the Peoria Sports Complex. A few miles North Happy Valley Towne Center with more shopping and dining. Lake Pleasant Lake is just a few miles away. if you enjoy boating, jet skiing, fishing, swimming or just camping out. A quick drive on the 101 to the South will get you to the Cardinals Stadium and the Westgate District with food, shops, theatres, concerts and sporting events and The Desert Diamond Casino. So much to do and see. This is about a 30-45 minute drive from Sky Harbor depending on time of day. Free parking in the 2 car garage and driveway. No street parking, no trailers or campers please. Pool heat is $50 per night. We need at least 48 hours notice for pool heat. If the weather drops below 50 degrees at night the heater may struggle to keep up. The pool was wonderful and we are glad we paid to have it heated we even swam in the evening and because it was fenced we didn’t worry about the dogs getting in the water. We ate almost all of our meals outside on the patio. And the big open kitchen island was a perfect place to eat and work remotely. It was a great neighborhood for walking the dogs and was close to the freeway and grocery stores. This home would be perfect for families with little children or teens. ##### Tracy P. I have stayed at many places and the communication from here was consistent and well-timed. There were many thoughtful amenities included - gates at bottom and top of stairs, high chair, pack and play. We did not need those items, but with young kids, the attention to detail was not lost on us. The rooms were great and the shared living areas were spacious. Says it sleeps 10, I would say 8 comfortably. The room sizes were very large, lots of space and drawers in each room. This is an older house with a remodeled kitchen which was the heart of the home. The house has been kid proofed with gate on stairs and automatic closing sliding door, along with a highchair and pack-n-play, fridge lock. No outlet covers. The house is in a quiet neighborhood which was nice as we love to sleep in especially on vacation. Some nice touches: labeled make-up wash clothes in each bathroom, chocolates on our pillows, and a bottle of wine in the kitchen, an ac thermostat that wasn't locked down! The beds were very comfortable if you like firm. However, it lacked a few things: not enough dinner dishes, no large drinking glasses, no staples such as storage containers for food after cooking, no blender, aluminum foil or plastic wrap (had to buy or own). No instructions on how to use electronics/tv and a special lock on the sliding door. A big sectional couch would work best int the family room but have individual chairs and small couch, I sat in one chair and the leg broke underneath me. The BBQ Island was dirty. The house is as advertised and they went the extra mile to leave out snacks, drinks, etc. Really a nice experience and would stay again. ##### Luke B. The house is spacious, has a pool and hot tub. The 3 bedrooms upstairs plus play room accommodated us nicely and the master down stairs was perfect for our elderly parents to not need to navigate stairs. The pool was cold but great and I’m sure will be fabulous in the summer with the heat. It was brisk however in the spring for us. The kids didn’t mind however. Everything went well. Thanks!
