Desert Canyon Retreat is located in the Ahwatukee Foothills. Once referred to as the "world's largest cul-de-sac" because of its quiet area feel. Accessibility to the Ahwatukee Foothills was greatly improved with the introduction of the South Mountain Motorway in 2019 (Loop 202) which greatly reduced commute times. Now commuting anywhere in the greater Phoenix area is a breeze, just jump on your closest onramp and you're on your way.

The motorway improved the accessibility, but it doesn't take away from the quiet area feel.

Entire space plus amenities is included in this rental. Guests have access to all areas of the house and property except a few cabinets in the laundry room and garage and an outdoor storage shed which holds owner's property.

POOL: The pool is heated with a heat pump installed in 2022 with the water temperature maintained at 85 degrees.
