The property is in a lovely neighborhood that is quiet, clean and safe. The house offers everything you need to relax and enjoy a stay in Phoenix. The host was responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this property.

My wife and I stayed here for a short 5 nights. Everything was excellent and Tom, the owner was excellent with his communication. The house is well appointed, exactly as advertised and thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. Highly recommended.

Well stocked kitchen, plenty of bed and bath linens, very clean. Decor and furnishings are dated but very comfortable. Tom is very responsive to your needs and his contractors (pool, yard, cleaners, AV) are as well. Would recommend to others.

North Scottsdale Home

Fabulous place to stay. This is our second time staying at this property. Loved it!! Plenty of room. Outside is amazing as well. Nice yard for the dog to play and the pool is clean and well maintained. Nice patio area with a TV and grill. Great location with a huge park close by. Not far from hiking/biking trails Tom is awesome. He is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend staying here. We will use this property when we return.

The property was the cleanest I have ever stayed in as far as a VRBO.The inside of the home was very nice AND the backyard was fabulous!! South facing, nice pool area, quiet neighborhood....and a great location! Couldn't have asked for anything more. Tom was very responsive to communications/questions and a very kind person. I will absolutely stay here again soon.

Perfect Girls Getaway

We all loved this property and would definitely stay again. It had everything we wanted plus more. It was clean, great location, beautifully landscaped and easy communication with owner. With four ladies vacationing, the two bathrooms were absolutely perfect as each one of us having our own sink. Rarely do you find a home with double sinks in two bathroooms. Highly recommend.

It was easy to get to Old Town Scottsdale. Quiet neighbor. Plenty of space for two couples. We did not use the pool because of miscommunication with owner about extra fee to heat the pool.

Perfect Vacation Home

Tom’s house was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was amazing and the green space in the back yard was perfect for our young kids. AC worked well and the house had zero issues all week. The location was in a super safe and clean neighbourhood and close to everything. Would highly recommend, just not on the weeks that we are coming back!
