### Serene Sonoran Retreat - Heated Pool/Sleeps 10

This beautifully remodeled 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is the perfect desert oasis for families, groups, and pet lovers alike. Ideally located in a quiet residential neighborhood, you’re just minutes from ASU, Old Town Scottsdale, spring training stadiums, and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.  
  
With room to sleep up to 10 guests, the home features four well-appointed bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the living room. Each bedroom includes nightstands with USB charging ports and Roku smart TVs (please note: one bedroom TV is currently unavailable).  
  
Sleeping Arrangements:  
Primary Bedroom: King bed  
Bedroom 2: Queen bed  
Bedroom 3: Queen bed  
Bedroom 4: Full-over-Full bunk with Twin trundle  
Living Room: Queen sofa bed
