Hosting 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and modern amenities in a single-story living space, this luxurious home invites countless hours of relaxation after long days in the Arizona sun. The private backyard boasts outdoor dining and a lush grass lawn so you can kick back with tasty refreshments and catch a tan. Smoking and/or parties anywhere on the property is strictly prohibited.
Pets may be allowed, but only with permission and a $50/night charge. Any animal on the property must be clean, house trained, licensed and current on flea medication and vaccinations. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pets and disposing in exterior trash cans only.
This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is 2021-1608.
