Ideally situated in Mesa near the 101 and 60 freeways, this location offers effortless access to the entire metro valley. Whether you're heading to nearby attractions or exploring the broader Phoenix area, getting around is a breeze from this prime location. Sleeping arrangement: Main bedroom: King bed Second Bedroom: Queen bed Third Bedroom: Twin bed with an additional trundle Twin size bed You'll have free Wi-Fi and wireless internet! In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis. \*\*\* The HOA does require additional information to register with them to get access to the community amenities.
