This home features high ceilings and beautifully crafted exposed wood beams that mark your entrance to the living room, kitchen, and dining. Don't miss out on the mountain views from almost every room. The open floor plan of the living space will make for easy conversations and flow between rooms for entertainment and meals. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower. There is a Peloton located in the master bedroom. You will need to log into your own account for any classes. There are two bedrooms on the opposite side of the home that share a full bathroom with a combo bathtub and shower. One bedroom has 2 twin beds, along with a desk and a computer screen that is available for use. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a half bathroom located in the hallway. For the ultimate relaxation space, the resort-style backyard has a heated infinity pool, private spa, built-in BBQ & outdoor fireplace are all perfect for taking in the fabulous views. Dine outside or soak up the views. Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, Sonoran Serenity offers easy access to hiking, golfing (memberships may be required), local attractions, restaurants, and shopping centers. Nestled amongst the natural desert terrain, you may encounter wildlife. House Rules Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard. Pool heat is an additional $150 p/day + tax. SPA heat is included; Please keep in mind the pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time. The pool can take up to 48hrs to heat to the desired temperature, please request this in advance. The actual pool temperature can vary based on weather & ambient temperatures. Maximum temperature for pool heat is 88 degrees Fahrenheit. Pack & Plays, highchairs, and air mattresses are available upon request for $40 each. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax There is a late check out fee of $75.00 + tax if available, and authorized. Early check-in IF available is $75.00 + tax No pets allowed. We were able to see some wildlife such as deer and an array of birds while we were there with the abundant window display in the back of the house. The Arizona desert views are truly spectacular, and the backyard ambiance and private pool are the icing on the cake. The house is modern, updated, clean, and spacious. The management company is very accommodating and communicates well. I would highly recommend for a golf trip to Scottsdale, or any family looking to spend some leisure time in Arizona. ##### Robert S. The pool is amazing, and the house was extremely well kept. Though it's by no means worthy of a point deduction, if you are interested in spending time in say Old town or similar areas, this is a bit of a hike, like prob 30-40 min drive. Its an easy and beautiful drive, but just a heads up. Again, absolutely nothing to complain about, just sharing something we didn't quite realize. Loved it, and would stay there again. ##### Chip B. This house is newley remodeled and is very nice. There were 2 issues with the house. 1\. Out of the 9 days we were there we could only use the hot tub once. I called Porter management and heard a variety of excuses. Was even told I would have to call daily to have the hot tub turned on which I did and they only got it right once. 2\. The listing represents that there are 5 golf courses within minutes of the house which technically there are however they are private and unavailable to play without a member. I would either remove that or the management company needs to work day pass or member for the day passes for guest. ##### Steven R.
