Enjoy a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure in this charming area.



Getting Around:

Conveniently situated near major roadways, including Loop 101 and Loop 202, getting around from El Dorado Escape is easy. Public transportation and ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Explore local paths and trails on foot or by bike, with the nearby Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt offering extensive routes. This prime location ensures seamless access to shopping, dining, and outdoor activities.



Other Things to Note:

The pool may be heated during cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per night or $400 per week. Requests and payment must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure it is warmed and ready at check-in.



All guests are required to sign a pool use and safety waiver before check-in.



A strict zero-tolerance party and event policy is enforced. The City of Scottsdale takes noise complaints very seriously, and violations may result in fines or removal of this listing from hosting platforms. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.



This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home, and a non-refundable $250 fee will apply if this rule is violated.



For safety and compliance, the home is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera, used only to verify occupancy, monitor disturbances, and respond to emergencies. The property may also include a Minut noise monitoring system, which tracks decibel levels but does not record audio or conversations, ensuring guest privacy while protecting neighborhood peace.



Pets are not typically permitted. Exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found without authorization—a $175 non-refundable cleaning fee will be applied.



Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by housekeeping. Please arrange any changes in advance to avoid this charge.
