The house and pool were clean and just like the pictures. The beds were comfortable. There were a couple minor issues but the host was quick to respond and had them fixed. It was a perfect experience. House was very clean and modern. We really had no complaints about the place. We were able to feel at home and really unwind and relax being here. The host was very honest and straightforward with communication. The neighborhood was very calm and quiet, and the house itself was close by to a lot of locations and activities in the city. Highly considering renting this place again upon a next return to Scottsdale. ##### Admira I. Spacious, great amenities, basic items stocked. Heated pool was great considering it was unusually cold while we were there. Host very responsive. Front gate lock did not work and wasn’t able to be fixed during our short stay. But everything else was superb. Will recommend this place to family and friends. ##### Alexa G. We had a wonderfully relaxing family weekend. The weather was unseasonably warm for October but the pool stayed cool! The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped, and we were able to stay in and bbq for some meals. The location is convenient to OId Town and Tempe. ##### Susan P. We stayed here to move my son into college. The house was very clean, well stocked, and located in a nice quiet neighborhood close to everything we needed. We spent most of our time in the pool, it was the perfect temperature! Nash was quick to respond to all of my questions! Zero complaints from us. We were four Canadian women in Scottsdale to celebrate our 50th birthdays. The house was perfect. Plenty of space, all the amenities and super clean. Beds were all very new and comfy, water pressure excellent and the new, modern kitchen was perfect for breakfasts and any cooking we did. Pool area was lovely and got afternoon sun. Water was not heated when we arrived, which Nash sorted right away, but it did take the day to heat up, so recommend making sure it's warm on arrival. Nash was friendly, kind and easy to connect with - very quick responses. It's about a 5-minute Uber to Old Towne - and plenty of Ubers, so they came quickly. Technically, you could walk, I guess, but it wouldn't really be a great walk. There is a strip mall very close to walk for groceries, pharmacy, fast food and essentials. A great stay.
