I’m not sure when it was renovated, but it didn’t appear to be recent. The king bed was not comfortable, and the box spring made a loud noise getting in and out, disturbing sleep in the night. The bathtub faucets are very old and difficult to use. The patio was not kept clean, and the view was not to the mountains, but the side of the clubhouse. It is quite dark inside too, and windows overlook a well used path so blinds needed to be kept shut. The water tank was not heating water properly, and had to be replaced during our stay. The fitness centre was very good, as was the pool, and the location in the community was very convenient to shopping. Charles was very easy to communicate with, and handled the hot water tank problem within hours. This condo is okay if you’re not expecting it to be nicely updated, but we would not book here again. ##### Lois K.
