Luxury Resort Style Condominium in Scottsdale

Perfect location in the heart of Scottsdale! This newly renovated two bedroom, two bath condo has everything you could need. We are within 10 minutes of the Phoenix Open, the Barrett-Jackson Auto Auction, the Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show, Old Town Scottsdale, and Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall. Village I is within walking distance of several restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Additionally the complex has multiple pools, hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, and biking and hiking trails.
Guest access
You have access to several pools, hot tubs, tennis courts and pickelball courts throughout the complex. I also have two bikes available in the outside storage closet. Please the the bikes up when you leave the complex. The code to the bike lock is 0005. Enjoy!

Spring training stay

We enjoyed the property. The condo was quite comfortable and well-stocked. We enjoyed all 8 of the community pools, the basketball court, the pickle ball courts, and the tennis courts. The communications from the owner were clear and succinct. Well done, all around.

Spring Training get away

My husband and I stayed for two weeks in March, enjoying the weather and spring training games for baseball. Our home was lovely, the host great and checked in on us to make sure we had what we needed. The home was comfortable and very much ready for us and our needs. We especially liked the close pools, covered parking and first floor entry. We will be back!

Excellent location to everything in Scottsdale.

The host was very helpful and helped us out a lot. My husband and I were in Scottsdale for the Barrett Jackson car auction. Great location to the grounds. We plan to stay here again.

A perfect location

The owner has freshly decorated this condo and he has all amenities that one could want. The patio is a tad noisy, but the unit is very quiet with a beautiful green space to view. I would highly recommend staying in this lovely place!!
