Pool Heat Policy  
Pool heat is $150 per day the heater runs. The pool requires 24–48 hours to reach temperature, the heater must be turned on prior to arrival, and guests are charged for those pre-arrival heating days in addition to the days the pool is heated during their stay.  
  
Regardless of the length of stay, the minimum pool heat fee is $450.  
  
Pool heat must be requested at least 48 hours before check-in and will remain on for the full length of the reservation once activated.
