It is set up that there was space for that many to eat outside. There were sitting places throughout so you could have small groups gather. There were large group gathering spots. The actual property manager in Phoenix however was fantastic. The main concern is there aren’t a lot of the actual items you need. They have fire pits but no tools for s’mores or to make a fire. You need to bring all that yourself. Same with the pools. No floats or in pool loungers. We also were pleased to have both properties. The house they consider the “old house” the pool is very deep and not a lot of places for sitting around and hanging out in the pool especially since there are no floats. There also aren’t a ton of dishes for hosting or cooking. Very basic things but a majority of the cabinets are empty. So if you plan on hosting or cooking you’ll need to bring a lot of your own stuff.The actual property manager was very responsive and flexible. When you have questions deal directly with her and not Heirloom themselves. She was wonderful!
