About this property

Light and Bright with a HEATED Pool!

  • Welcome to Goodyear! EST in 1917 when Goodyear tire bought 16,000 acres! This is our new to us home and we love it so I think you will too! It has a HEATED pool for summer in January! It's ready for spring training, Nascar races, and always GOLF! Has Cable with the sports package. Shuffle board, did I mention a heated pool :) Tons of entertainment within 15 minutes! PS. Pool heat is Included in the cost!
