This lakefront 3,200 sq ft property, located just half an hour northwest of Phoenix, is the perfect gathering place for large groups or families, with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a living room, billiards room, formal dining room, kitchen, and an amazing backyard oasis.

When you first enter the home, you will find yourself in the Living Room, overlooking the patio. This comfy seating area features a sofa, loveseat, and standalone lounge chair, along with a 75-inch smart TV. Behind this is a formal dining area with a vast dining table that can seat up to 10 people. Step into the kitchen which comes fully stocked with all your cooking essentials and offers ample seating for 8, both at the kitchen island and casual dining table. Next to this is a separate billiards room with lounge seating, a 65 in smart tv, and direct patio access.

The primary suite boasts a California king size bed, sofa sitting area, a 65-inch smart tv, an updated en-suite bathroom with a tile/stone shower, two separate sink areas, an expansive walk-in closet, and direct patio access to the pool and hot tub. There are an additional two bedrooms each with a queen size bed, and a fourth bedroom with two full size beds as a bunk. There is also a dedicated open workspace offering flexibility for those that work remotely.

Yes - we know the cleaning fee may seem high, however we only want the best for our guests so we provide a first class clean for our home. Our home is thoroughly cleaned & sanitized, stocked with guest essentials, and our linens/towels are professionally laundered for your stay. In addition, our checkout instructions are minimal so our guests don't have to stress.

The Arrowhead Lakes community is a beautiful lake community on the west side of Phoenix (about a 30 min drive), offering a unique combination of mountain vistas and man-made lakes. Behind the home, just a 5 min drive, is the beautiful Thunderbird Conservation Park, a 1,185-acre park in the Hedgpeth Hills, dedicated to preserving the desert environment.
