My friends and I enjoyed our stay. The hotel breakfast area, pool and lobby area, were always clean and it is a cute place. Unfortunately, the hotel has no cameras outside which is not very safe or convenient. In our case, our rental was hit while parked in the parking lot and no one bothered to notify the front desk. When we inquired, we were told nothing could be done, because there were no cameras available to show us who had done it.

Excellent place to stay. I had booked three nights through Expedia. My travel plans changed during my stay and I didn’t stay the third night. Expedia would not provide a discount or full refund as requested for this change. Never using Expedia again.

Upon check-in, staff said that coffee, which I value a lot, was available 24/7, and he pointed to the area that had the coffee urns, cups, etc. We paid extra in mandatory fees for this service. We had to leave very early the following morning for a flight, but there were no cups and the coffee was cold. I asked management, when I made the reservation, for some granola bars or something since we would miss their breakfast, but nothing was “in the notes” for us to receive them, so staff would not honor my request. The room was nice; quiet and clean. The hotel is in a good location, and there is lots of parking.

The property was in a good location for us. It was quite new, but was lacking in housekeeping. Our rooms were left to be desired after the cleans. They missed a day it needed cleaning. One time there was toilet cleaner left unwioed on toilet. The food was good. We enjoyed it every morning. We really missed not having a hot tub. And, lots of noise around from building and blower! Most staff was friendly.

Everything about this hotel is great except the housekeeping. Stayed 4 nights and couldn't get a proper room cleaning. No clean sheets, ran out of towels and toilet paper, asked front desk 3 times and had go really complain before they would ensure our room was cleaned.

In an area with parking lots all around it, it seems odd to charge for parking. That said, the entire staff was friendly, helpful and all loved my dog. It's a wonderful pet friendly hotel.

This is a new build in a new area which is a bit far from anything at the moment. A car is definitely required. We were there for a trip to Mayo Clinic and this was certainly convenient access with a vehicle. The lobby has been given a lot of thought to convenience and comfort. The breakfast is more than adequate. There isn't much sitting area beside the very nice heated pool ( complete with hoist for use of disabled persons), but there are barbeques and a lounge with fire 'pit' for outside spaces. The staff was in all ways pleasant and helpful. Were we to return to Scottsdale, we would definitely stay here again.

Had to pay $15 to park
Our stay at your hotel was very good. however, I did not realize that you were going to charge me $15 a night for parking. It was a surprise and one that I did not like. it wasn't shown early in the reservation. You had to look way at the bottom of the page where I said parking. When I call the Guild to ask about it. She's well, it's because we don't own the land and we have to charge you $15. So don't worry I won't be staying at your hotel again.

Very nice hotel
Wonderful stay, friendly staff, excellent room and very comfortable bed slept great. The only thing that was off was breakfast. The fruit was old and brown, the milk all had expiration date of the next day on it and the next day they all expired that day. The oatmeal was mostly water in the pot, buns on the breakfast sandwiches were too hard to eat.
