Very clean and a great location to anything you need to get to in surprise. They had nice little snacks waiting for us which was thoughtful. Just remember to bring your own toiletries.

This place was perfect for me and my husband visiting for a Wedding. There was lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Entrance was very easy to get in to. The house had everything we needed as well. Quiet neighborhood and had a cute park down the street. Will definitely be staying next visit.

My husband, daughter and I stayed here for 4 days and everything went well. We were in town to visit friends that live in Surprise and also drove to Sedona (about a 2 hour drive) and the Grand Canyon (about a 3.5 hour drive).

This is a nice little home in a quiet community. Everything was well maintained and it is very comfortable to stay there. The host was very accommodating and couldn't have been nicer to us. We will definitely stay there again when we need to babysit our great-grandchildren.

The house was so cute, we loved the mid century vibe. Very clean and had everything we needed to get through our visit plus very thoughtful unexpected extras! The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, equipped with everything we needed. Carri thought of everything, including Kleenex! Kitchen was well equipped and bath and bed linens were very nice! The furnishings were very tasteful and in beautiful shape! We will definitely stay here again! One of our best experiences with VRBO or airb&b. Carri is very responsive if you have questions and sent us directions to the rec center where we enjoyed pickleball.

We were in Surprise for a tennis tournament. This property was the perfect location for us. It was super clean, the furniture and accessories (plates, cups, towels) were in great condition and our experience was excellent. Check in and check out were seamless and the host was very responsive. I'd highly recommend.

We are hikers and the location of the house is close to some really great spots for example white tank mountain state park and skyline park (its a free park). It is also close to shopping. The nearest casino is the Diamond... The back yard is a beautiful rock back yard, and I was able to watch some Gambel 's quail. The house is in a nice area. Would stay there again.

We were in Surprise for a tennis tournament and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. This home is in an ideal spot- close to Surprise Tennis Center, Fry’s food, restaurants, White Tank Mountains- and is well appointed and clean. Owner is so accommodating and responsive and it was ideal. We would definitely stay here again!

I was pleasantly surprised that the house is even better than the picture. It was sparkling clean and looked new. Beds were comfortable, sofa was comfy too and the kitchen all all the essentials for cooking a meal. I know where to go if I ever find myself in Surprise AZ again!

Nicely furnished , very stylish 2 bedroom house in Surprise. Home was very clean, comfortable, and quiet vacation home in family neighborhood. Backyard is fully fenced and private. Kitchen had basic necessities. Owner was easy to work with and very responsive. Would definitely stay again on my next trip to Phoenix.

Perfect house for us and our teenager to stay while we visited family nearby. The teenager had his own room and bathroom, which is always a plus. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare simple meals as needed. Although we didnt have time, the backyard seemed like a great spot to hang out and relax when the weather was good. Close to grocery stores and White Tank Mountain Regional Park. Would stay again.
