Building has been converted into 2 separate units So you can have privacy if you rent one unit or rent out both units to be with your friends at the same time. Property boast a large patio which is shared with both units there is plenty of seating to enjoy the summer nights. Citrus trees in lush grass area where you can help your self to a orange or lemons. take a stroll to down town chandler where there is plenty of night life full of bars, restaurants, eclectic shops and comedy clubs. Spend the day at San Marcos Golf course or the Chandler Center of Arts. If you are a early riser there is a wonderful farmers market as well, all within walking distance. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. This beautiful property offers plenty of space for guests as well as private parking for 1 vehicle as well as street parking. There is free wifi, bathroom amenities are provided and kitchenettes are stocked for light cooking. It was a perfect place to stay. We walked to the center in a couple of minutes and had eating places within walking distance. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for the night.
