Historic Desert Retreat in downtown Tempe! Close to Mill/ASU, shopping & sports!

Charming, historic, clean, cozy one-level located in downtown Tempe ~1 mile to Mill Ave/ASU/Whole Foods. Central location - 10 minutes to downtown Phoenix/Scottsdale/Mesa. Master bedroom with queen bed, office, closet space, and attached full bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed and sitting area. Third bedroom has two twin beds. Bike or walk backroads to Mill Ave, ASU & Whole Foods. Fully equipped kitchen, Tuft & Needle queen mattresses. Restaurants/attractions/public transit near, bakery, donuts & liquor/wine store around the corner. Outdoor seating, games, desk, toys, crib, etc. Good for families. 100% family-run and managed, including cleaning. We use the home with our children. Comfortable beds and cozy southwestern feeling. Desert Botanical Garden, Papago Mountain Preserve, Zoo, etc. are nearby. Clark Park Pool is a new outdoor, heated pool ~1 mile away. There is a small fee ($1.25 adults, .75 kids 2-12, and under 2 is free). Pool hours vary, search online for more info. Ring camera in front #STR-R-001022 TPT#21486866
