The communication with the owner was excellent as he responded to my texts quite quickly which was great. The beds are not good, the mattresses need to be replaced. There was a broken drawer in the kitchen. We had to go out and buy a pack of cutting boards. There was only 1 oven mit. There were no bar b que utensils. There were 4 lightbulbs in the ensuite and only 1 of them worked. The closet doors are all broken and don't work properly. You can tell this place needs a facelift. My daughter was walking around barefoot and she showed me her feet and they were black. The floor was filthy and not cleaned properly. The owner gave me the number to the cleaning company and I had to call them to see if they would come and clean the floor. The guy I talked to didn't want to hear me out and told me he sent pics to the owner to show them they had cleaned the place and I said to him, the floor is filthy and it needs to be cleaned and he didn't want to hear it so I hung up with him and went to the store and bought a 24 pack of swiffers and used 14 of them to clean the floor. It smelled musty when we walked in the first day and after we had cleaned the floor it actually smelled clean in there. The coffee maker was filthy when we showed up, we had to clean that out. That also should be upgraded. This place could be nice, just needs to be taken care of. ##### dan s.
