About this space
Truly beautiful home furnished with your comfort & relaxation in mind. Large kitchen w/ island for extended serving and prep space. Comfy beds and bathrooms with skylights. So may ways to enjoy this home inside and out.Relax poolside in the lounge chairs, have meals outdoors, enjoy the stars (wood burning fire pit available). Situated in a quiet established community adjacent to Bel Aire and freeway access to I-17 and 101 freeways. Get wherever you want in minutes . AZTPT license#21522324
The space
The home has an open feeling, and spacious rooms. Lots of windows and light in the main rooms and the kitchen. The pool is huge and perfect for a dip under the crystal blue skies of Arizona. The bedrooms are also very spacious, and the unique skylights in each bathroom are a lovely sight. Each room has been designed to sleep 2 people. One king sized, 2 queens and a daybed( pull out the lower bed). All mattresses are selected for your pleasant dreams and comfort.We take great care to make sure the home is sparkling clean, and we want our guests to feel as comfortable as possible.
The yard is huge, and you can enjoy the pool at any time. Heating the spa is an extra $30 a day ($40 December thru March) Spa gets nice and hot in about an hour. For safety the pool is fenced. Relax in the sun by the pool, or sit out and enjoy the stars and light the wood burning fire pit if you desire. Gas BBQ grill also available for your convenience. Direct entry from the garage.
A few minutes drive and you're on the I-17 or 101 loop which makes getting around super easy. 20 min to the Stadium or Scottsdale and other Phoenix locations of interest.
Guest access
The entire home is available for your use. There is a remote control available for garage parking.
Other things to note
Please notify the host at least 7 days before booking if you'll want to use the spa the cost is $40 per day in the cooler months of October -April and $30 per day in September and May ( depending on the weather).
