The community is nice. The actual condo had construction going on in the garage area and the workers started every morning banging at 7:45-8:15am. There was no sleeping in or working from home with all the loud noise. The gym is tiny and extremely dirty. The master bedroom bathroom toilet smells of sewer. It got worse everyday. Everything was perfect!!! Close to shopping and restaurants. We used the pool and hot tub daily. Condo was very clean!! Plenty of towels including beach towels. Kitchen was well stocked. Very nice that they included starter soaps and detergents. The only negative would be if you have trouble with stairs. The garage is very nice to park in, but you must enter the condo through a flight of stairs. If you don’t have any trouble with that then this condo is perfect!
