It is immaculate, extremely well stocked with everything one might need, very spacious and well layed out, totally updated, and very nicely furnished! The owners were very responsive to questions, and helpful in every way. Grayhawk is a great area with many walking and bike paths, convenient grocery stores, and a variety of very good restaurants. The condo was a perfect size for our needs. It had all of the amenities necessary, especially the kitchen. The owners were very easy to work with and communicated in a timely manner and everything was as promised. the location was fabulous - you can walk to a supermarket, for coffee, restaurants and boutiques or jump in a car for an easy drive to many other retail/food/sight-seeing destinations. The beds are comfortable and the electric recliners in the living area are fabulous. I should add that, if you have trouble climbing stairs, this may not be suitable because although the condo is all on one level, it is an upper unit and has a fairly steep staircase to navigate.
